The company was incoporated on 22nd October, 2004 as an indigenous Company and it commenced business activities immediately. In pursuance of the objectives of the company, the Directors registered as Contractor/Supplier with selected Companies. We provide quality services to the E&P and Service companies in the upstream sector of the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry. Our extensive range of Services include Production drilling, Conductor Piling, Casting/Tubing Running, Mud logging, MWD/LWD, Well Overhauling/Simulation, Coiled Tubing, Well Crisis Management services and many other drilling services. RIGFORMS has executed various projects with the Halliburton group, Nigerian Agip Oil Company and a couple of other Companies. RIGFORMS provides cutting edge technology and equipment, highly skilled personnel, and is committed to the development of local content.
